1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, course materials, video lessons, PDFs, sewing patterns, designs, methodologies, training systems, trademarks, branding elements, and any digital or downloadable resources (the “Materials”) made available through this Website, associated platforms, social media channels, or private learning environments are the exclusive intellectual property of Karyna Oliinyk.

This protection applies to all existing and future materials, whether published or unpublished.

All Materials are protected under:

  • The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK)

  • The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works

  • WIPO Copyright Treaty

  • Applicable international intellectual property laws

Protection applies worldwide regardless of the user’s country of residence.

2. Permitted Use

Materials are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share, transfer, gift, sublicense or resell access to any Course or Materials

  • Record, download, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Materials

  • Upload Materials to social media, websites, Telegram channels, cloud storage, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms

  • Create derivative works based on the Materials

  • Use Materials for teaching, training, or commercial purposes

Any unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor unauthorised distribution of our Materials.

If infringement is detected, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue immediate takedown notices (including DMCA notices)

  • Contact hosting providers and social media platforms

  • Suspend or permanently terminate access without refund

  • Initiate formal legal proceedings

4. Legal Consequences of Infringement

Unauthorised use of Materials may result in civil and/or criminal liability under UK law.

The copyright owner reserves the right to seek:

  • Injunctive relief (court order to immediately stop the infringement)

  • Financial damages

  • Additional damages for flagrant or deliberate infringement

  • Recovery of any profits made through unauthorised use

  • Full recovery of legal costs and court fees

Deliberate commercial infringement may also constitute a criminal offence under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Enforcement may be pursued in the courts of England and Wales.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

Any attempt to obtain access to digital Materials and subsequently initiate a chargeback while retaining access may be treated as fraudulent behaviour and pursued accordingly.

We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors and financial institutions to dispute any unjustified chargeback claims.

6. Survival of Rights

All intellectual property rights, restrictions, and enforcement rights survive termination of access to any Course, Service, Website, or platform.

These protections remain in force indefinitely.
